OSBORNE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is an employee-owned general contracting firm that performs a wide variety of construction projects in the western United States and Alaska. Our personnel are highly motivated professionals who have the experience, knowledge, and dedication to complete projects on time and within budget. We accomplish a majority of our work with our own forces and our own equipment. Clients include federal, state, and local governments, oil companies, mining companies, electronics companies, retailers and private developers. Typical projects include commercial, industrial, or residential buildings, design-build, civil, site development, utilities and engineering work.
Company History
OSBORNE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY has been in business over 25 years. Our organization initially operated as a joint venture under the name of Elling Halvorson, Inc. and later under the name of Halvorson Osborne Construction Company. We have done business as Osborne since September 3, 1987. We are an employee owned company.
Osborne operates in Washington and Alaska. Our executive home office is located in Kirkland, Washington, and we have branch offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska. In recent years, our company has employed an average construction season workforce of nearly 500 people.
