Talent Acquisition Manager (Puget Sound Region; Regular, Full-Time)

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead our team in full cycle recruiting efforts companywide. You’ll use your creativity, curiosity, market knowledge and data-driven approach to set and execute innovative recruiting strategies, culminating in a consistent drive for results and delivery of top-quality talent. You'll build strong consultative relationships with key business leaders, developing a deep understanding of their objectives, people, and challenges, cultivating new insights, and driving excellence in our recruiting approach to stay relevant in an ever-changing environment. What you’ll do:

  • Serve as trusted advisor, proactively consulting with business leaders on short and long-term hiring goals and developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that deliver results.
  • Develop and lead a team of high-performing recruiters, supporting the team’s continued evolution towards a function that is consistently viewed as a strategic, consultative, and proactive partner with the business. Set team performance goals and metrics to measure and manage progress.
  • Partner with business leaders to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diverse hiring efforts. Build recruiting team capability to proactively source and develop diverse candidate pools.
  • Apply deep knowledge of factors impacting current and future business state and talent needs, recognizing how those factors interact with other business areas and using this knowledge to develop and implement long-term strategies and guide the development of hiring plans aligned to business needs and company-wide talent acquisition objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and forecasting as well as establishing quality of hire metrics to measure hiring efficiency and effectiveness of approach. Leverage and interpret data gathered to drive recruiting strategy.
  • Proactively manage strategic initiatives and programs focused on equipping the business with the tools necessary to hire top, diverse talent. Lead key projects to drive the execution of long-term strategic recruitment efforts. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Proactively assess effectiveness of recruitment tools and resources and overall approach to drive efficiency and effectiveness, updating and evolving as needed.
  • Practice and inspire a growth mindset across our talent acquisition function and with hiring partners companywide supporting agility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of the talent market and our business.

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6+ years of in-house recruiting/talent acquisition experience to include high volume and technical environments. Demonstrated excellence in leading, developing and attracting exceptional talent.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading and inspiring in-house recruiting teams, planning/executing strategy and influencing leaders/partners in a corporate function.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms and how best to achieve full optimization.
  • Proven track record of success in facilitating the identification and attraction of industry-leading talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent planning and pipelining.
  • Ability to take decisive action with a focus on results, along with strong business acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with capability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with individuals at all levels of responsibility. Strong presentation skills with an ability to build trust, influence and advise business leaders, as well as other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Proven experience successfully partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing stakeholder expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
  • Ability to motivate as a leader and inspire greatness in others. Ability to deliver results while creating an environment for others to grow and be successful
  • Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions, leaning towards unexpected, unconventional, and effective solutions that grow and transform teams.
  • Ability to use business acumen to translate business and talent strategies into operational approaches driven through a mastery of data & analytical insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and defining direction and solutions in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in change management, coaching, and the ability to recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems.
